A restorative day designed to support women through the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes of menopause. This session brings together holistic practices to help you find balance, reduce stress, and embrace this new stage of life with vitality and calm.

- Yoga – sequences to flow and enjoy, partner yoga to encourage trust & improve stretches, wall yoga and chair yoga- all to enjoy and try new poses
- Mindfulness – focussing on feeding the seeds of joy, of self care, rekindling enjoyment, improving self esteem
- Light lunch – eating mindfully, enjoying each mouthful
- Reflexology/hand massage/Indian head massage –either practicing with a partner, or on yourself, enjoy the experience of touch
- Laughter Yoga – laughing increases the feeling of wellbeing, plus activities that encourage playfulness
- Sound Bath – healing vibrations to bring inner peace
We are all in need of rekindling our seeds of joy, faced with pressures of life, the current sate of the world. By making joyfulness a priority we can rejuvenate ourselves, which in turn helps us to be resilient and to be better for the people around us.
These yoga days are running in Glossop and New Mills, 10-2pm with a light lunch, £65 per person.
