Welcome to 4wellbeing, where you can access resources to improve your wellbeing both mentally and physically. I offer yoga and yoga therapy, mindfulness, sound baths, Bowen technique and Homoeopathy, all aimed at bringing about balance and harmony to life.
Access these wonderful tools through weekly classes, 1 to 1 sessions, yoga parties (hen do), holidays/retreats and Wellbeing days.
I am an experienced practitioner, qualifying in homeopathy in 1995, adding Bowen Technique to my skills in 1999, and becoming a BWY yoga teacher in 2008, and studying/teaching Mindfulness since 2010. Also gaining a yoga therapy Diploma from Yoga Point in India in 2015.
